Unsubscribed trial: phone profiles move to the Trash after 30 days (warning email first)
You might be here because: “got an email saying my profiles will move to the Trash” · “will you delete my profiles if I don’t pay” · “how long do you keep my data after the trial” · “will you delete my account” · “is this email real” · “can I stop it” · “my profiles moved to the Trash”
Short answer
If your trial ended and you have not chosen a plan, everything is kept for 30 days. After that, your phone profiles move to the Trash, but only after a warning email sent at least 7 days before. Choosing a plan within 7 days of the move brings them back; after that they and their stored browser data are deleted. Your account is not deleted: you can still sign in, and your saved proxies, settings, API keys and team stay.
Check first
- Did your trial end more than 30 days ago? Billing shows the trial end date.
- Did you receive the email “Your phone profiles will move to the Trash unless you choose a plan”? It names both dates.
- Have you already subscribed? Choosing a plan at any point stops this for good: profiles of an account that has paid are never moved or deleted by it.
Likely causes and fixes
-
Warning email received: keep them. Open the dashboard → Billing → choose a plan, before the deletion date in the email. Profiles already in the Trash come back.
-
Warning email received: do nothing. Your profiles move to the Trash no sooner than 7 days after the warning and are deleted 7 days later. Your account, sign-in, keys, proxies and settings stay.
-
“I’m inside the 30 days — is anything gone?” No. Sign-in works and profiles, proxies and settings are kept. Only session starts are refused.
-
“The email looks suspicious.” The genuine email links the dashboard plan picker and cannot be turned off in email preferences. If unsure, do not click links in it — open the dashboard yourself and check Billing.
-
“I need my profile data before it goes.” There is no self-serve export of the whole account. Ask support before the deletion date; a person helps.
If it still fails
Press Talk to a person in this chat (or open Help) and include: your account email, the date on the warning email, and whether you want your profiles kept. Profiles already deleted from the Trash cannot be brought back.
