Enterprise: custom terms, annual contract
You might be here because: “how does Enterprise work” · “Enterprise pricing” · “Custom pricing, Annual contract” · “Talk to us” · “can I pay by bank transfer or invoice” · “we need an uptime commitment / SLA” · “I need more than 12 profiles at once” · “I need more than 12 sessions at once” · “do you do annual contracts” · “who is my account contact”
Short answer
Enterprise is for larger teams that need more capacity, an uptime commitment and a named contact. It runs 20 or more sessions at once, keeps unlimited saved profiles, and has storage, saved proxies and API rate set to your workload, on an annual contract at a negotiated price. It is not bought online: press Talk to us on the plan page, or email sales@driftstack.dev with a description of your workload and team.
Check first
- Do you need more than Team’s six sessions at once? Scale (12 at once) sits between Team and Enterprise and is also arranged by contact — see Scale plan: limits, and why it is not self-serve yet.
- Have ready how many sessions you need to run at once, your team size and when you want to start; that is what the conversation begins with.
Likely causes and fixes
-
“There is no buy button for Enterprise.” Expected. The plan page shows Enterprise as “Custom pricing · Annual contract” with a Talk to us button; only Starter, Pro and Team have a checkout. Enterprise is billed as agreed in your Order Form, yearly in advance unless it says otherwise.
-
“What is included?” The published terms are: custom price, annual contract, 20+ sessions at once, unlimited saved profiles, and custom storage, saved proxies and API requests per minute; support is a named contact and an uptime commitment. The number enforced on your account is the one in your contract, and can be higher than the smallest contract’s. Teammates, the API with live keys, the AI agent, VPN exits and every iPhone model are all included.
-
“How is AI paid for on Enterprise?” Enterprise AI use follows your Order Form.
-
“Can I pay monthly, or by card?” Enterprise is billed as agreed in your Order Form, yearly in advance unless it says otherwise. Anything different is a question for the person who sets up your contract; the assistant cannot agree terms.
-
“What does the uptime commitment cover?” Its figures are in your contract. Downtime beyond the commitment is handled as your Order Form sets, including any service credits; where it sets none, a pro-rata refund is at our discretion.
If it still fails
Press Talk to a person in this chat (or open Help) and include your account email, how many sessions you need to run at once, your team size and roughly when you want to start. A person replies; the assistant cannot quote a price, enable Enterprise or raise a limit.
